How long does it take to make an order?
The completion time depends on three factors: complexity, writing style and size. The average
time to complete an order is 7 days without taking into account the time to deliver. In some
cases, at the request of the customer, the period can be reduced to 5 days.
Note: If you
decide to change something in the picture, make adjustments - this may take additional time,
which is not included in the specified deadline.
May I see the painting before I receive it?
Yes. when it's done, we will e-mail you a digital photo of your picture so that you can, if necessary, make your own adjustments and wishes, if any. You can also see the picture "live" in our salon. Inform your manager about this.
What format should be photos
We work with all known image formats! Through the site you can download JPEG, TIFF, PNG up to 50 megabytes. You must have copyright or permission to use the image. If you have a different image format (RAW, PDF), you can use the FTP bootloader. If you want to take a photo from a paper photo (not digital), send it to us, we will scan, process and return the photo together with your order!
May I give special instructions to the artist?
When you place your order on the site, you can add your comments in a special text box. You can also: combine objects from different photos into one or delete objects from photos, you can change the background, change clothes, outfits, make a color picture from black and white photo, and order a picture from damaged or old photo.
